I purchased a brand new boat that was commissioned in Seattle. From day one the Yanmar engine had multiple problems and after some run time would stall out at idle. Stressful when trying to anchor around other boats. We sat at the dock in Seattle for two months while 3 different firms hired to get the boat running came on and off the boat, finally declaring that the engine was fixed and they were not coming back. The engine was not fixed and our first day out returning to Canada the engine died again at Deception Pass anchorage. We got it running again and brought it to one of the Vector locations in Sidney. In 2 days they had the problem nailed down and the engine is now running great. Mark, Doug, Trevor and Stan, we can not thank you guys enough. Great job ! I highly recommend these guys.
I stopped by your Canoe Cove chandlery to pick up an impeller and related pieces for my Yanmar water pump. Martin was EXTREMELY helpful, even driving over to your Harbour Road facility to find the pieces he did not have over at Canoe Cove. He was very helpful and provided me with a great deal of really good advice.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for all the great service that I have received from the staff at Vector. Last Friday, Sept. 7th, my wife and I had engine trouble off James Island on our way to Genoa Bay. We limped into Van Isle Marina service dock where we were very well treated by everyone at Vector Yachts.
You allowed one of your mechanics (Glenn) to drop his other jobs, complete our repair and get us on our way. And Glenn did a great job! We experienced no further problems.
